After 28 wonderful years serving the Langley community, Dr. Elaine Louie retired from chiropractic practice in April 2026. Before retiring, she chose Dr. Robin Armstrong and Willowbrook Chiropractic to continue caring for her patients.

It has been an honour to continue the care of Dr. Elaine Louie's patients following her retirement.
I know that changing chiropractors after many years can feel like a big transition. Elaine and I both wanted to make this process as comfortable as possible.
I practice just around the corner at Willowbrook Chiropractic with my husband, Dr. Jody Freedman. I have been a chiropractor for over 20 years and use similar techniques to Dr. Louie, including hands-on adjustments, instrument-assisted adjustments, muscle work, and practical advice.

To continue your care with Dr. Robin, we want to make the transition as easy as possible.
Your patient chart from Dr. Elaine Louie's office has been transferred to Willowbrook Chiropractic.
Your first visit will include extra time to:
review your health history,
discuss your current concerns,
complete a re-examination,
answer your questions,
and determine the best way to continue your care.
There is no additional fee for this longer first visit and visits are the same as Total Health Chiropractic, $75.

Dear Patients,
After 28 wonderful years in chiropractic practice, I am writing to share some personal news. I will be retiring as of April 9, 2026. This decision comes with mixed emotions, as caring for my patients has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
It has truly been a privilege to serve so many members of this community. Over the years, I have had the unique joy of treating multiple generations of the same families; watching your children grow and eventually trusting me with their own families has been the greatest compliment of my career. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me with your health across the decades.
To ensure you continue to receive excellent care, I have made arrangements for Dr. Robin Armstrong of Willowbrook Chiropractic to take over my practice. She is an experienced chiropractor who is committed to providing high-quality care, and I am confident you will be in excellent hands.
I leave my practice with deep gratitude and fond memories. Thank you for the honour of allowing me to be your chiropractor throughout these years; I will always cherish the laughter and the stories we shared. I wish you and your families continued health and happiness in the years ahead.
